Return Policy

At Coral & Ivy, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility 

• Time Frame: You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Refunds & Store Credits

• Items received within 14  calendar days from delivery are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.
• Items received within 30 calendar days from delivery are eligible for a store credit.
• Items received after 30 calendar days from delivery are not eligible for refund or store credit, and will be re-shipped to the customer.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Start A Return

• To initiate a return, please contact us with your name, order number, and the item you would like to return.

• We reserve the right to refuse any return if it is not in compliance with the terms and conditions outlined above.
